Founded over 1000 years ago, Vietnam's capital city Hanoi is rich in history, with the streets of its rambling Old Quarter dating back to the 14th century. Vietnam’s new glass-bottomed suspension bridge, recently certified as the longest in the world by Guinness World Records, promises to draw throngs of thrill-seeking tourists to Son La Province’s Moc Chau district.
The bridge is 150 metres (492ft) above the forest below, with a width of 2.5 metres and a length of 633 metres (2,073ft). Some of the walkway hugs the mountainside, while 290 metres stretch across a gorge between two peaks.

Cat Ba Island is the biggest of the 367 islands that form the Cat Ba archipelago. It’s approximately 32 miles (50 kilometers) from Hai Phong City, a trip which takes up to 1 hour to travel by speedboat. The island is home to several species of wildlife, including the endangered Cat Ba Langur, one of the rarest primates in the world.
